Texas shooting suspect won’t face death penalty, could be paroled

Dimitrios Pagourtzis of Santa Fe, Texas, is 17 years old, he will be subject to a 2005 Supreme Court ruling banning the execution of juveniles -- even though he will be treated as an adult in Texas state courts.
